They are professionals and it would be a piece of cake for them, to throw a few ideas and how to make them happen in simple steps.

To add some more magical ambiance in your Christmas atmosphere, make sure that the venue has a fire place

Step 5. Fit them; Pick delicious food

Food. Another top priority! What people do at parties. Drink AND eat. So you gonna have to order lots of food. An easy way to do this is to call a catering company or ask the chef at the venue you have booked. Either way, they will help you to choose the right finger food. Make sure it covers all tastes and you order the right amount.

Food at corporate cocktail parties must be a variety of healthy, meat, fruits and delicious desserts.

There also several Christmas delights you must add on the menu. Like the international famous Christmas cake, cinnamon rolls, chocolate cookies or truffles, caramel apple pie.

Ask them to prepare also some extra food decoration and place it in the middle of the buffet table. Guests like to see things kind of extra ordinary decors.

It’s a party! When people party they wanna drink as well. Ask your boss and colleagues at work what do they usually drink and place your orders at the venue. It should a cover a variety of wine, whisky, cold and hot beverages, beers and water too.

Oh, and don’t forget Christmas traditional drinks such as eggnogs and hot red wine.

And of course enjoy safely. If you drink do not drive.

Step 7. Let’s Boogie; Plan the entertainment for the party

Now this is the fun part. Plenty of ideas to entertain your guests. Bring a famous local dj and ask him to prepare a list of the most popular Christmas songs. You can also bring a band along with a saxophonist for more jazzy spirit.

Why not a juke box too. Bring the oldies back and dance like teens again!

Another fun option is to bring a Santa and give gifts to the guests or a magician, dressed as Christmas mascot to entertain the guest. How about stilt walkers dressed like elves and take photos with the guests.

Least but not last is the Karaoke. Everybody likes to sing and have a laugh.

Step 8. Transportation

After a long day and night having fun eating and drinking booze, it would a safe and a good idea to arrange the transportation for your guests. Arrange from before with taxis or mini buses and make sure they all go home safe and sound
