New Year’s Eve Corporate Party for B2 Tech

To celebrate the arrival of the New Year in style, B2 Tech trusted 24/7 Events to organise their New Year’s Eve corporate party in Limassol — and the result was a fantastic evening full of energy, fun, and team spirit.

The event took place at Roe and Bone, a stunning venue at Limassol Marina that provided the perfect setting for an elegant yet lively staff celebration.

Staff Gifts – Fully Managed

We handled the complete process of packing and arranging the staff gifts. Our team collected the gifts directly from B2 Tech’s office, professionally wrapped and decorated them in custom boxes, and delivered everything to the venue. This allowed management and the HR team to relax and enjoy the evening without any added stress.

Event Decoration & Photo Wall

To enhance the festive atmosphere, we created balloon decorations for the photo wall and added decorative elements around the venue, giving the space a celebratory New Year’s Eve look and feel.

Custom Wheel of Fortune Experience

As an extra interactive element, we designed and produced a custom-made Wheel of Fortune, complete with prizes for staff members. This proved to be a great icebreaker and a fun addition that kept guests engaged throughout the night.

Entertainment & Atmosphere

To ensure a top-level atmosphere, we brought in James Kypri, who delivered an amazing experience. From music quizzes and dance competitions to spontaneous moments that ended in a conga line and guests dancing throughout the restaurant, the energy was high from start to finish.

Full Event Coordination

Our team was present throughout the event, coordinating every detail and making sure the entire evening ran smoothly. From timing and activities to entertainment flow, everything was fully managed — allowing the client and guests to enjoy the celebration without worrying about anything.

To welcome guests and create a warm, elegant ambience, a live saxophonist opened the Christmas Eve Gala and the New Years Eve Gala. The smooth live melodies perfectly complemented the festive décor and fine dining, instantly setting a relaxed yet luxurious tone from the very first moment.

High-Energy Dance Shows for All Three Events

For all three dates, we delivered professional dance shows lasting approximately 30 minutes each. From elegant choreography to dynamic performances, the shows were carefully timed to enhance the flow of each event and keep guests engaged, entertained, and impressed—especially during the New Year’s Eve Gala, where energy and spectacle were key..

Capturing the Moments with a Photo Booth

To add an interactive and fun element, a photo booth was available at all three events. Guests enjoyed capturing festive memories with friends and family—leaving with both digital keepsakes and unforgettable moments from their stay at the resort.
