For the third time, 24/7 Events had the pleasure of organising an event for the team at B2Tech. This year’s Summer Party brought together 75 employees for a full day of team building, entertainment and relaxation at the beautiful Kaliva on the Beach in Ayia Napa.
Our team was responsible for the complete organisation and coordination of the event, including venue sourcing, venue booking, communication with suppliers, event setup, catering arrangements, entertainment and activity management.
The day started with guests arriving at Kaliva on the Beach, where they were welcomed by great music, a relaxed summer atmosphere and stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea.
B2Tech Game Crawl
The first activity of the day was the B2Tech Game Crawl, a custom-designed team building experience created especially for the event.
Participants were divided into teams and set off on a 2.5-kilometre route around Ayia Napa. Along the route, teams visited five different challenge stations where they had to complete fun and competitive tasks in order to collect points.
The challenges combined teamwork, communication, creativity and problem-solving, creating plenty of laughter and friendly competition throughout the morning.
With over 70 participants taking part, the Game Crawl lasted approximately one and a half hours and kept the energy levels high from start to finish. At the end of the activity, the points were added together to determine the first-ever B2Tech Game Crawl Champions.
Time to Relax
Following the morning challenges, guests enjoyed a well-deserved break with lunch, swimming and time to relax by the beach.
The beautiful setting of Kaliva on the Beach provided the perfect environment for colleagues to unwind, socialise and enjoy the summer atmosphere before the afternoon activity began.
Flying Above the Mediterranean with Electric eFoils
One of the highlights of the day was the opportunity for guests to experience electric eFoil boards.
To add an extra element of excitement to the event, we arranged four professional eFoil boards that were available for staff to try in the sea throughout the afternoon.
For many participants, it was their first experience riding an eFoil. After a short introduction from the instructors, guests had the chance to glide above the water and enjoy one of the most innovative water sports available today.
The activity attracted a lot of attention from both participants and spectators, creating some fantastic moments and plenty of great photos and videos. It was the perfect addition to the beach setting and offered employees a unique experience alongside the team building activities and entertainment.
The combination of adventure, fun and beautiful sea conditions made the eFoils one of the most talked-about activities of the day.
The Last One Standing
After lunch, it was time for our second activity of the day: The Last One Standing.
This interactive game show has quickly become one of our favourite corporate entertainment concepts.
During each round, a participant was selected to attempt a challenge on stage while the rest of the audience had to decide whether they believed the challenge would be completed successfully or not.
Those who guessed correctly advanced to the next round, while incorrect answers resulted in elimination. As the game progressed, the excitement built with every challenge and every decision.
The result was a fantastic atmosphere filled with cheering, laughter and suspense as the number of remaining players became smaller and smaller until only one participant remained.
After an entertaining and highly competitive finale, a worthy winner was crowned as B2Tech’s Last One Standing.
Finishing the Day in Style
With the competitions completed and the winners celebrated, the DJ took over and transformed the afternoon into a beach party.
Guests enjoyed music, dancing, drinks and a fantastic atmosphere as they celebrated together before boarding their coaches for the journey back to Limassol.
