Job Vacancy: Administrator – Based in Larnaca area

We are looking for a motivated and organised Administrator to join our team. This role is key to ensuring smooth communication with clients and supporting the planning and execution of events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and send tailored offers and proposals to clients for their events.
  • Prepare and send tailored offers and proposals to clients for their events.
  • Answer phone calls and emails, providing professional and friendly client support
  • Coordinate and organise event details in collaboration with the event planning team
  • Maintain accurate records of client communication and event requirements
  • Support day-to-day office administration and ensure efficient operations

Requirements:

  • Based in Larnaca area
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Greek (additional languages are a plus)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in administration or event management is an advantage
  • A proactive, detail-oriented, and client-focused attitude
