From the moment he appeared, the Grinch took full command of the room with his trademark mischief, exaggerated movements, and hilarious expressions. Guests couldn’t stop laughing as he interacted with the crowd, posed for photos, and brought the spirit of Dr. Seuss to life.

What made the day even more special was how perfectly the Grinch fit the energy of the event: fun, modern, and designed to bring people together. Employees and guests of ECOMMBX were delighted — and the Grinch quickly became the most talked-about moment of the evening.

Hairdressing Seminar “All About Curls”

On 2 October 2025, Hair & Style by DK successfully hosted its first professional hairdressing seminar — “All About Curls: Curly Hair with the Iron – Evening & Bridal Hairstyles.” The seminar brought together hairdressers from across Cyprus who were eager to enhance their skills and discover new, creative styling techniques.

Behind the scenes, 24/7 Events handled the complete organisation and coordination of the seminar — from event setup and marketing promotion to day-of management and ensuring everything ran smoothly from start to finish.

About the seminar

The seminar was led by Dimitra Kekkou, a distinguished hairdresser with many years of experience and multiple awards in both local and international competitions. Her passion for sharing knowledge and her expertise in modern hairstyling inspired everyone who attended.

The event was divided into two engaging parts:

Part A: Theoretical Session 

Participants learned the professional techniques of creating curly hairstyles using an iron, along with styling tips for evening and bridal looks. Dimitra shared insider secrets and demonstrated how small details can transform a hairstyle into a work of art.

Part B: Practical Session

The second part gave participants the opportunity to apply techniques in real time, guided by Dimitra herself. A detailed list of the necessary tools and products was provided in advance, ensuring everyone could participate fully.
A one-hour coffee break with refreshments and snacks gave attendees time to network and exchange ideas with fellow professionals.

ICTS Cyprus Recruitment Events

At 24/7 Events, we had the privilege of partnering with ICTS Cyprus to design and deliver a series of innovative recruitment events aimed at attracting new staff members for their expanding security services at airports and other public locations across Cyprus.

The first event took place in Larnaca, with follow-up activations planned for Limassol and Paphos, bringing the recruitment process out of the office and directly into the community. The main goal was to engage potential candidates in a dynamic, approachable way—showcasing ICTS as not only a leading security services provider but also as an employer of choice.

  • Event Marketing & Promotion – Comprehensive campaign across Facebook, Google Ads, event posts, and direct outreach, ensuring strong pre-event visibility and turnout.
  • Kiss FM Radio Live Link – Collaboration with Kiss FM broadcasting live from the event, creating buzz and attracting even more attention.

Namaste Cyprus 2025

On Sunday, September 14, 2025, the Marios Tokas Municipal Garden Theatre in Limassol came alive with the colours, sounds, and flavours of India during Namaste Cyprus 2025. Organized by the High Commission of India in Nicosia with help of 24/7 Events, this cultural festival brought together hundreds of guests to enjoy a unique evening filled with performances, authentic cuisine, and exhibitions celebrating the friendship between India and Cyprus.

24/7 Events’ Role in Making It Happen

Our team at 24/7 Events was proud to support the High Commission of India in bringing this vibrant event to life. We were responsible for the full set-up and technical execution, ensuring that every detail was taken care of for a smooth and memorable experience.

Our contributions included:

  • Complete event set-up and logistics management
  • Sound, lights, and visual design, including a large LED screen for visuals and cultural showcases
  • Providing tents, tables, and chairs for the food festival and exhibition area
  • Acting as the main contact between the High Commission of India and the Municipality of Limassol
  • Full on-site supervision on event day, handling electricity supply, troubleshooting, and coordination with local authorities

By taking care of both technical and organizational aspects, we ensured that the High Commission could focus on the cultural programme, while we made sure everything behind the scenes ran seamlessly.

A Cultural Experience to Remember

The festival opened its doors at 6:00 PM, welcoming visitors for free entree and an evening rich in culture and community spirit.

Guests were treated to a spectacular line-up of performances, including:

  • Classical Indian dance forms showcasing tradition and grace
  • Energetic Bollywood routines that filled the stage with rhythm and colour
  • Soulful vocal renditions that touched the audience with the beauty of Indian music

In addition to the cultural programme, the Indian food festival offered a culinary journey across India, with local vendors serving authentic dishes that delighted guests. The event also hosted thematic exhibitions, providing insight into India’s heritage and traditions.

Strengthening Ties Between India and Cyprus

Namaste Cyprus 2025 was more than a cultural festival—it was a bridge between two nations, highlighting the longstanding friendship and people-to-people connections between India and Cyprus.

As the organisers stated:
