Job Vacancy: Administrator – Based in Larnaca area
We are looking for a motivated and organised Administrator to join our team. This role is key to ensuring smooth communication with clients and supporting the planning and execution of events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and send tailored offers and proposals to clients for their events.

- Answer phone calls and emails, providing professional and friendly client support
- Coordinate and organise event details in collaboration with the event planning team
- Maintain accurate records of client communication and event requirements
- Support day-to-day office administration and ensure efficient operations
Requirements:
- Based in Larnaca area
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Excellent written and spoken English and Greek (additional languages are a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in administration or event management is an advantage
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and client-focused attitude
